Please read thoroughly before scheduling your appointment.

We pride ourselves on our high level of skill and professionalism. Our goal is to make your service experience as successful and comfortable as possible. In order to achieve the best results please feel free to talk with your salon professional about any and all questions or concerns you may have.

When agreeing to any service at Super Nails and Spa at time of payment the paying client agrees to release Super nails and Spa and it’s employees from any responsibility or liability concerning the application, processing and or consequences of the beauty service you selected to receive. You consent to have beauty service(s) of your choice applied.

Pedicure Pricing Notice:

Pedicure services are priced based on the full treatment provided.
Declining polish does not alter the service price.
Polish changes are a separate service.

Appointment Policy:

We recommend calling the salon to book appointments in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Late Arrivals: 
If you arrive late, you will be taken as a walk in with the next available nail technician if available to accommodate or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. 
Cancellation Policy: 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

No-Show Policy:

Clients who miss appointments without notice will only be taken as a walk in if availability allows. 

Service Guarantee: 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your service, please contact us within 72 hours so we can address your concerns.

Refund Policy:

All services are non-refundable. However, we are happy to make reasonable adjustments if needed.

Health & Safety: 

For the safety of all clients and staff, we maintain strict sanitation practices. Please inform us of any health concerns prior to your service.

Children Policy:

For safety reasons, children should be supervised at all times. We kindly ask that only clients receiving services remain in the work area.

Payment Methods:

We accept Cash and or Card. There is a $2 processing fee for all debit or credit card transactions. 

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, disruptive, or poses a safety concern at Super Nails and Spa.Â
